Los Angeles, the City of Fallen Angels. A city going down the path to ruin, being led by the biggest crime kingpin named Big X. Only one man can stem the tide of pain and drugs from flowing into the city, only one man can stop X from rotting the city from inside out. He is the embodiment of vengeance, the faceless arm of those who cannot defend themselves. He is known as Mayhem, and along with his partner Malice, they have one simple goal: dismantle X's organization, destroy the man behind the chaos, and save the city from ruin.
